Outside of my working day I take an interest in sports, particularly football and NFL. I enjoy running and have completed both the Great North Run and Blaydon Race several times with personal bests of 1:48.10 and 00:43.33 respectively. My love of music led me to co-founding, the now disbanded, Bear Bones Radio. I helped to broadcast a number of live sessions from musicians local to the North East of England and the results of this can be heard at the archives page.
